How to Apply Lipstick

lip stick

Consider your lip stick color and finish. You’ll do well with colors that match the natural shade of your lips, opting for darker tones that complement your overall coloring. Matte lipsticks offer a muted finish complementary to workday makeup, while satin and gloss finishes offer appealing evening looks.

Apply all other makeup before putting on lipstick and lip liner.

Begin by dabbing on a very small amount of lip balm or petroleum jelly to give your lips a little moisture.

Draw a thin line along the edge of your lips with a lip liner whose color is one shade darker than your lipstick. Start at the center of the upper lip and work outward. Hug the very outer edges to open up thin lips, and line well within the edges to downplay excessively full lips.

Apply lipstick from the tube or by using a firm, small lipstick brush. Coat the lips evenly. Pay special attention to staying within the lips’ edges.

Blot to remove any excess color and to even out the texture.

Remember to touch lips up after a meal, as lipstick easily transfers onto coffee cups, water bottles and soda cans.

Detox bath crystals

Experiencing the detox bath is like stumbling on an archaeological treasure: genuine, authentic, simple and pure, yet so valuable and rich with implications on the field of natural holistic health.

Detox bath crystals is a home hydrotherapy technique that offers a natural alternative for maintaining disease at bay by strengthening the body’s inherent ability to flush out waste deposits. The detox bath, as we call it, uses nothing but water to help eliminate fat and toxins and to maintain a healthy, fit and toned body.

makeup beauty tipsSometimes it is never enough using high-end, branded cosmetics; it’s being able to identify what kind of cosmetics that would suit the type of our skin is a major factor to consider also. Finding this great site is a breath of fresh air for me from the choices of branded cosmetics available in the market.

Mineral based cosmetics are something new to me, that is why I was pleased to know that aside from the variety of healthy makeup that this store offers, there are useful and informative makeup beauty tips for first time users like me.  With that in mind, I would be able to properly use their products to the best of my advantage.

If you have acne or pimples, enlarged pores, uneven or blotchy skin tones, dark circles under your eyes or dry skin, you have come to the right place.

www.naturalbeautyminerals.net  has all the answers.  First use one of our excellent Goat’s milk soaps especially our exfoliating soap or our moisturising soap to properlly prepare your skin.  If you have acne or pimples use our Pimple Magic to heal your skin.  Enlarged pores can be healed with Rose Water Pore Reducer.  Once you have done all of the prep work and completely dried your skin, buff on one of our foundations in your shade of neutral, warm or cool tones.  The buffing on the foundation should eliminate the uneven or blotchy skin tones and even hide excessive freckles.  Apply your shade of blush to give a natural glow along your cheek bones.  Apply our eye shadow to give you that mysterious seductive look.  Buff on the Mineral Veil to complete the flawless look .

If you have dry skin, apply Rose Water Spritzer at this point.  Apply our mascara to finish your beautiful eyes and apply one of our luscious lip sticks or lip gels.  Then stand back and admire the new you.

How to Apply 60s Style Makeup!

Make sure your face is clean first. Also, if there is any dry skin on the area you will apply on, moisturize it. Makeup looks gross on top of flakes.

Lightly dust your eyelids with face powder.

With eyeliner, (Liquid if you can easily control it, pencil if you’re a beginner) slowly, with small movements, brush along your lash line. This is also known as ‘feathering’.

As you go outwards, steadily make the line much thicker. (Before the next step, if you want, you may apply false lashes)

Apply black colored mascara, preferably one that has been designed to volumize and lengthen lashes.

Move the mascara wand in a zigzag pattern through your lashes from the base to the tip and wait at least 10 seconds between applying coats. This makes your lashes look thicker and longer.

Use a light, neutral colored eye shadow, and sweep this from the lash line to brow bone.

Now, with a different, brighter shade (Example: rose gold, coffee) apply a different shade below your crease.

Admire the overall effect in the mirror, and redo the eyeliner if you think it’s necessary.

If you plan on applying false eyelashes, use a long glamorous pair of lashes instead of shorter natural-looking lashes. Use the appropriate eyelash glue. Some pairs of false eyelashes come with prepacked glue but I suggest you buy a separate eyelash glue tube - the applicator is often 10 times more precise.

Follow the package instructions on applying the lashes. This can be very tricky unless you have experience. If possible, try having someone with a steady hand apply the lashes for you.

After applying the lashes, follow the proper makeup techniques as listed above.

Standing Behind Their Products

Product GuaranteeYou know, it’s not everyday that you find good prices, great service and premium quality all in one place. What’s even more rare is finding a retailer who stands behind their products. All too often, especially in the world of online retailers, many business owners are interested less in their products and more in their money. At Real Beauty Minerals I’ve noticed a stark contrast to this trend.

In all my years of shopping, online and off, I’ve never come across an offer like this one. If I purchase at least $40 of make-up from Real Beauty Minerals (no makeup brushes tho, more on this later) and after 30 days I’m not thrilled with my new make-up, I can return it and receive a refund in the amount of $40. That’s an actual check from this business if I don’t like the product. As for the brushes, I can understand this part since it’s kind of hard to buy the wrong make-up brush.

Either way, where most business pay lip-service to 100% satisfaction, Real Beauty Minerals delivers. Real satisfaction, real fast and if you don’t like it you get real money back. Not a gift certificate, not a store credit, not another consolation product - real money. If that’s not a guarantee I don’t know what is.
